Meet Sarey

Sarey Martin Concepción (the “Co” in TidyCo) spent over 10 years working in the entertainment industry, spending the majority of that time as part of the production and management team for Rob Zombie. She then pivoted to the academic world. She earned a master’s degree in theology and the arts (Fuller Seminary) and started working with cognitive scientist, Dr. Justin Barrett, developing communication strategies for several John Templeton Foundation grants. In addition to communications consulting with TidyCo Creative, she is an independent producer, writer, and director of narrative and documentary films and podcasts. Sarey has roots in both Los Angeles and Portland, OR. Her passions include travel, sci-fi, and good sushi.

She loves bringing out the best in people and helping to catalyze community around great ideas.

She also dabbles in her own podcast endeavors, releasing the four-part series I Don’t Live Here Anymore (2022) on deconstruction from evangelical Christianity.
